Dr. Yoga Rajendran is a board-certified periodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology serving patients across Central Texas. She completed her periodontics residency at UCSF, where she also spent nearly a decade as a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Predoctoral Periodontics. Dr. Rajendran offers a full range of periodontal and implant surgical services, including single and full-arch dental implant placement, sinus augmentation (lateral and crestal approaches), horizontal and vertical ridge augmentation, soft-tissue grafting (connective tissue grafts, free gingival grafts, and tunneling techniques), osseous surgery, guided tissue regeneration, esthetic crown lengthening, surgical exposure of impacted teeth, and management of peri-implantitis and peri-implant disease. She also performs extractions and site preservation to optimize outcomes for future implant placement. Her practice integrates digital workflows and CBCT-guided implant planning for precise, predictable results. Dr. Rajendran is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care — taking time to understand each patient's goals and concerns, and tailoring treatment plans to their unique medical history and needs. She has particular experience managing medically complex patients in collaborative, interdisciplinary settings. Recently relocated to Austin, Dr. Rajendran welcomes new patients and works closely with referring general dentists, prosthodontists, and orthodontists on comprehensive treatment planning.
